- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged roofs and provide accurate estimates to clients
- Effectively communicate with clients about the roofing process, including insurance claims, permits, materials, and installation
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and other sales techniques
- Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
- Proven track record in roofing sales, particularly in storm damage and insurance claims
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the roofing industry and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
